Atrezzo Next Generation ( ANG ) Migration
As a part of Kepro’s rebrand and dedication to client and user satisfaction, we have worked to upgrade our web portal into Atrezzo Next Generation (ANG). While ANG is still the same database system (SCDHHS) utilizes today, the upgrade provides users a new look and feel that is highly intuitive and user-friendly.
Kepro’s migration from ATZ to ANG system usage will take place on (Sunday, February 5, 2023)

Appeal Request
In accordance with regulations of SCDHHS, a provider wishing to file an appeal must request a hearing in writing and submit a copy of the notice of adverse action or the remittance advice reflecting the denial in question.
Appeals may be filed:
The request for an appeal hearing must be made within 30 days of the date of receipt of the notice of adverse action or 30 days from receipt of the remittance advice reflecting the denial, whichever is later.
